After completing my +2, I wanted to achieve my higher education in the UK. I joined Expert Education and Visa Services to prepare for IELTS, and that was the best decision I could have made. The staff and teachers were very friendly, and they gave me a warm welcome. The materials that were provided during the class were so helpful to understand and practice. The teachers were understanding and actually made time for the students. Because of Expert, I managed to achieve an overall band score of 8 in IELTS. After that, I met Unnati Shrestha, who became my consultant and the person who helped me achieve the goal of studying abroad. She is a really kind-hearted and warm person who is friendly with everyone. She helped me start my journey to scout my desired course at my desired university in the UK. She helped me filter out the best universities where I sent my application. There was a time when I did not get any response from my desired university, and I was very nervous and afraid at the same time. I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. At that time, I almost gave up on myself, but she was the one who kept me motivated, did not lose hope, and never gave up on me. Later, after no response from the previous university, we started searching for more and better universities and eventually opted for the University of Kent. It instantly became my top choice because it was the kind of university I was looking for. Even though the tuition fees there were expensive, I gathered the courage and sent in my application. I got the offer and was so relieved and happy. This was all thanks to my consultant, Unnati ma’am, who helped and motivated me all along the way. And to top it off, she managed to get me an amazing scholarship, which completely sealed the deal for me. I was happy to get to study at such a prestigious university, but she looked even happier for me. After that, I booked my interview and she gave me all the materials, details, ideas, and all the support I could ask for to pass my interview—and I did. In the end, she has helped me come a long way, and we are now on the last process of getting the visa. She did everything: always answered my calls, replied to my messages, and even called me from time to time just to ask how I was doing. Honestly, I feel blessed and grateful to have her as my consultant. This is an honest 5-star review from my heart. ❤️
