I recently worked with Ices Türkiye for my master’s program application to Germany, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The consultants were knowledgeable and provided valuable insights about the universities and programs available. They guided me through the entire application process, helping me with my personal statement and documentation. One aspect I appreciated was their responsiveness; they were always available to answer my questions. However, there were a few delays in receiving feedback on my application materials, which caused some stress. Despite this, I successfully secured my place in a great program. I would definitely recommend Ices Türkiye for anyone looking to study abroad, as they offer strong support and expertise in navigating the complexities of the application process. Overall, I would rate my experience 4 out of 5 stars.

Before making a final decision about our daughter's university education, we wanted to consider international options and had meetings with several consulting offices. That's how we met the ICES Turkey Izmir office. Our consultant, Ms. Gökçe, is truly someone who knows exactly what needs to be done. She guided and informed both our daughter and us as parents very well; she presented different options when necessary; and she patiently waited for us during the decision-making process, truly winning our hearts with her attitude. What I think is the most important aspect of ICES Turkey, and what I appreciate most, is that they never promised to fulfill everything under all circumstances. After embarking on this journey with millions of questions and uncertainties, our daughter started university in the Netherlands in August. First of all, we would like to thank our consultant, Ms. Gökçe, from the ICES Turkey Izmir Office, and all the other ICES Turkey employees whose presence and support we constantly felt, even though we didn't meet them in person.
