★☆☆☆☆I do NOT recommend Blue Studies, I had two people in charge of my study process but there was no support in the process, zero communication (they rarely respond to messages or calls), I lost a lot of time with this agency so do not waste your precious time either.

★☆☆☆☆In February 2024, I began the process with BlueStudies to apply for a Colfuturo scholarship and, simultaneously, extend my visa through a VET course. Throughout the process, I faced numerous problems due to disorganization, inadequate guidance, and administrative errors on the part of the agency, which negatively impacted my immigration and financial process:
Lack of clarity in the assignment of advisors
I started the process with Andrea Giraldo, who provided me with information about the Colfuturo scholarship and with whom I began submitting the required documentation. Then, Andrea Mora started requesting information from me without prior notification that she would be responsible for gathering all the documentation, which caused confusion and wasted time.
Additionally, Dana also contacted me requesting information about my process, without clear communication about who my primary advisor was.
This lack of coordination caused confusion and delays in my scholarship application.
Errors in the management of my visa extension. After resolving the previous situation, I requested assistance in extending my visa through a VET in technology. After evaluating several options with Andrea Giraldo and submitting the necessary documentation, on May 10th I was informed that we had to change schools because the one initially selected was a Level 2 school, even though this issue had been discussed from the beginning. As a result, I had to restart the search for a school, which was much more expensive. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting solutions, I did not receive a satisfactory response.
On May 13th, Dana contacted me again inquiring about my process. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to speak with a supervisor, but I was informed that the manager in Colombia was unavailable and the manager in Melbourne was on vacation, leaving me without a clear solution.
Finally, I selected a new institution from the options provided by Andrea Giraldo. However, two days before my visa expired, I was notified that this school could not accept me because I exceeded the age limit, something the advisors should have verified beforehand. I no longer had time to explore other options, so the advisor had to contact the institution directly to get me accepted.
Last-minute errors in the visa application.
My visa expired on May 24, 2024. On the last day, Andrea Mora informed me that it was necessary to make changes to my letter of intent, even though I had sent it two weeks prior. Due to a lack of planning and professionalism, my visa application was not processed to the expected standard.
Deficiencies in demonstrating financial solvency.
On January 2, 2025, the agency notified me that I needed to demonstrate financial solvency of approximately 36,500 AUS. I followed their instructions, submitting the required documentation and a letter explaining my income, although I believe the guidance provided in this area was insufficient. On February 18, 2025, the agency notified me that my visa had been denied due to an alleged lack of proof of sufficient funds. Upon reviewing the government letter, I noticed that the agency had not adequately presented my financial solvency.
After receiving the denial, the agency informed me that I had to handle the appeal process myself with a lawyer they recommended, or alternatively, notify them if I would be returning to Colombia to cancel my Certificate of Enrollment (COE) and receive a refund for my health insurance. In short, the agency completely washed its hands of the process, offering no alternatives or concrete solutions. After a year of trusting them, my experience has been highly unsatisfactory due to the advice, disorganization, and lack of understanding of the process on the part of their advisors. As a result, I have lost time, money, and valuable opportunities. For all these reasons, I DO NOT recommend BlueStudies as a study abroad agency.

★☆☆☆☆I don't recommend using this study agency. They charged me a full commission for my studies, but when I needed to extend my degree due to unforeseen circumstances, they wanted to charge me $800 for the extension. I refused to pay because the university I enrolled in didn't consider those services to have a legal cost. Do your own research and read up on them. The application took me four hours—a long time, yes, but no one does things for you with more care than you do yourself, and I've already had two problems with them regarding extensions.
