I’m writing from New York regarding my recent experience with your Boudha branch. My parents, who don’t speak English, and my teenage brother visited the Boudha office an hour ago, and I joined the conversation remotely via video conference on my parents’ phone since I couldn’t be there in person.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet basic professional standards, and it’s clear the Boudha branch is not being run properly. The receptionist was shy and handed the phone to another staff member who spoke from behind without showing their face. That felt disrespectful, especially during a consultation where clients are discussing their future. On top of that, your team told my parents the manager would be available at 10:00 am. After waiting 15 minutes, they were told the manager wasn’t coming in that day, with no apology or reschedule offered.
For a consultancy that guides students and families on important life decisions, this level of communication and reliability is unacceptable. I’m raising this concern with the main branch because I expect consistent standards across all locations. Please look into this matter and ensure the Boudha team is trained to interact professionally, communicate clearly, and honor commitments—especially when clients are joining remotely.
I hope to see immediate improvement and a direct response on how this will be addressed.

I began my journey with Alfa Beta in July 2025, right after receiving my Grade 12 results. At that time, I was still uncertain about where I wanted to pursue my undergraduate studies. Rupendra Sir, the COO took the time to carefully evaluate my options and guide me through the decision-making process. After a few consultations, we determined that Sydney would be the best fit for me.
Once I decided on Australia, I had several meetings with Deepak Sir, the destination manager for Australia who patiently addressed all my questions from university options and tuition fees to financial documentation, student life, and even everyday concerns like the weather. With his guidance, I finalised Macquarie University for its strong psychology program and ideal location.
In August, I was assigned to Kabita Ma’am, a QEAC Certified Senior Counselor for Australia who supported me throughout my application process and documentation. I received my conditional offer in September, followed by a full offer with a AUD 10,000 scholarship in early December just in time to apply for my visa, which I successfully received in January.
One of the best things about Alfa Beta is that they handle every aspect of applying for a student visa. Through them, I registered for my IELTS exam and was also provided with free mock tests. The entire IELTS process was smooth, efficient, and highly professional, and I received my results promptly. Even my medicals were conveniently done at Alfa Care just on the ground floor of the Alfa Beta building.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding international student visas at the time, I, along with three of my closest friends, successfully secured our visas through Alfa Beta. Overall, what sets Alfa Beta apart is not just their professionalism but the overall experience. Their infrastructure, regular university fairs, and visits from representatives were incredibly helpful. I had multiple opportunities to meet representatives from Macquarie University at Alfa Beta, which gave me confidence in my decision. Additionally, Deepak Sir and Rupendra Sir were always confident and reassuring, which made a big difference during the visa process to remain positive.
Now, having spent nearly two months at Macquarie University alongside my best friend who also applied through Alfa Beta with guidance from Deepika Ma’am I can confidently say that the experience has been wonderful.
If I had to go through this journey again, I would choose Alfa Beta without a second thought.
