They are not serious and don’t really care about anything but your money. They can easily lose your documents, make a tons of stupid mistakes in your application and guess what they blame you for that. Most of their applicants get more refusals than the other agencies. For anyone reading this, DON‘T USE THEIR SERVICE.

Absolutely avoid them!!! They couldn't care less about the students' well-being; all they care about is money. From the moment we arrived in Germany, they abandoned our children, without even arranging transportation for them on the first day. No follow-up, no consideration whatsoever. But the worst part is that after less than two months, they literally kicked them out of their accommodation, using ridiculous excuses! They dared to claim we hadn't "applied" for the place, even though everything had been arranged before we even left Tunisia! It's a disgrace, a complete lack of respect, and blatant proof of their incompetence.
