Pros & cons

AECC Global Melbourne
✓ What students love
  • ✓Global network spanning 60+ countries with offices across Asia, Africa, and Australia
  • ✓Experienced in university transfers, institution changes, and Australian student visa conditions
  • ✓IELTS-registered test preparation centre in Melbourne
  • ✓Comprehensive service covering pre-departure, enrollment, and post-arrival student support
  • ✓Multilingual team serving students from South Asia, Southeast Asia, and beyond
✗ Drawbacks
  • ✗High-volume global operation — personal attention can be diluted for individual cases
  • ✗Melbourne office is one of many — local expertise may vary
  • ✗Commission model may influence institution recommendations
Apex Visa Consultants
✓ What students love
  • ✓Specialist expertise in Significant Investor Visa (SIV) — a niche most generalist agents lack depth in
  • ✓4.9 Google rating across 69 reviews — strong client satisfaction for a premium practice
  • ✓Handles the full SIV lifecycle from complying investment strategy through to PR
  • ✓Premium fee structure reflects the complexity and high-stakes nature of SIV matters
✗ Drawbacks
  • ✗Fee range of AUD $5,000–$20,000 is among the highest in the market — appropriate for SIV but not suited to standard visa applicants
  • ✗Highly specialised focus means limited support for partner visas, family visas, or standard skilled migration
