Good experience overall. The team is well-informed about Australian immigration rules which kept changing a lot this year. I got into Deakin University for my Masters in Accounting. The documentation checklist they provided was very thorough.
Average service. I was assigned a very junior counsellor who didn't know much about the Canadian study permit process. I had to escalate to the senior manager to get proper help. After that things improved and I did get my offer from Algoma University, but it was stressful.
